Thank You for Attending (my KW debut)

By Carl Martens | March 20, 2008

For whatever reason this message is not being delivered to KW.com email addresses via iContact or Outllook (keep this in mind as you read it…that way it’ll make sense)…I’m working diligently on trying to solve this, but waiting for a call or email back…and so it goes.  Figured I’d post it here since this site seems to be getting a lot of traffic.

——————–

Thank you for attending the class I taught today….I hope it was everything you hoped it was…and then some!

I wanted to recap on a few key points:

OK…I guess there was only one key point I wanted to get across to you today.

Be sure to visit the Aunt Brenda website and please post questions in the form of comments on indidual posts or email them to carl@auntbrenda.com

E-mail Template

As I’m sure you are aware, I am using the Custom KW template that all ya’ll (I just love that two-word phrase!) are entitled to as a thank you for attending my class.  Please setup a free trial on iContact and send your login info to carl@auntbrenda.com, I will add in the HTML for you.  If you do not trust me with your login…that’s a shame, but I’ll still provide you with the HTML…just E-mail carl@auntbrenda.com and I’ll send you the code.  I’d rather put it in myself so that I don’t have to answer a bunch of questions…I’ll get you up and running…it’s just your iContact login, not your bank account!

And the winner is…

I forgot to mention in class that I was holding another drawing…a drawing to Aunt Brenda’s favorite lunchtime spot, Twisted Taco in Roswell.  The winner was Eddie Perez from Jenny Stevenson’s team.  He wins a free lunch…don’t get too twisted Eddie…this ony covers food!

I drew again from a hat, by myself, with no Vanna by my side from your business cards…I figured I’d give another award to someone.  Ria Waugh wins for best business card design.  Ria you win nothing…I’m sorry, I’ve got nothing left to give, but thought I’d give you props nonetheless.

Three Requests

1.  Please sign up for iContact using the links within this email or the link on Aunt Brenda.  I get a referall fee for all ya’ll (there it is again) that sign up.  I don’t want you thinking that’s why I’m promoting iContact, it’s not, but I have a designer I need to pay from my own pocket for the template so the referall would be great!  Another good Email Marketing service is MyEmma, but the only way to be GREAT in 2008 is by signing up for iContact.  On a serious note…I’ve done extensive research and have found that iContact is the best value.

2.  The MOST important request.  I’ve received a lot of E-mails thanking me for teaching this class…please, Please, PLEASE send both Brenda and Brian “Thank You” messages.  Although I did work on the presentation outside of work hours, not all hours were spent outside of work…Brenda and Brian and RKiHomes sacrificed a lot providing all ya’ll (last time I swear) with this class!

Did you notice me water up (very briefly) when Brenda announced that it was my one year anniversary today there was a reason for it and they deserve the praise!  I didn’t even realize it was my anniversary…boy how time flies when you’re having fun!

3.  Forward this message to other agents that missed my class, let them know how my classes are fun and beneficial!  Inform them of AuntBrenda.com
